Andrew Taylor, Director / Project Manager
Andrew is a Director of Sargon Engineering and fulfills the roles of Business Development Manager and Project Manager.
Andrew has project managed large scale mineral processing feasibility studies, and is recognised for his ability to clearly communicate project intentions between the client and engineering team, and his ability to deliver quality projects on budget, on time.
From an estimating background, Andrew has conducted conceptual estimates (±30-50%) through to detailed estimates (±5% or greater) from small brownfields to major greenfields jobs. He is the principal developer of Sargon Engineering’s estimating database, and designed Sargon Engineering’s in-house controls, management and project delivery system. He has built systems and managed jobs for other engineering companies seeking similar systems.
