Sargon Lovkis, Director / Principal Process
Sargon Lovkis has over 25 years experience gained in process design, engineering and operations in the chemical, minerals processing and hydrocarbons industries. Sargon has been involved in key engineering roles in the development of a wide range of studies and projects. He has a good practical knowledge of process plant operations having worked as a plant operator, shift supervisor and production superintendent. He has been involved in startup and shutdown planning on numerous occasions and has directed the commissioning of coal gasifiers, desulphurisation units, natural gas liquids recovery, coal hydrogenation, synthetic rutile chlorination and Pierce-Smith converters. He has outstanding flowsheet simulation skills and has licences for Metsim, SysCAD, HSC6 and Simulus.
